This blend was inspired by Northern Italy's premier roasters. Our traditional blend has a medium body with almost no acidity. This espresso produces a wonderfully thick crema, with a deep reddish brown color. When extracted properly it has a sweet, dry cocoa flavor. This complex blend lingers long on the pallette, and its cocoa notes mix very well with milk.

Our darkest roasted espresso blend. We roast our Espresso blend just long enough to impart a desirable smoky flavor while still retaining its complexity and body. It is a rich, well-balanced blend of coffees with very little acidity, a medium body, and a very long, "smoky" finish.

Due to espresso's very unique brewing process, coffees for its preparation need to be roasted and blended strictly
with this brewing process in mind. At Torreo, not only have we developed special blends for espresso preparation,
we also roast these blends very differently from those coffees designed for traditional brewing methods, such as
drip coffee machines and plunger pots. Our Espresso Blends feature seven different coffees, slow roasted to
develop body, depth, and richness, and reduce the harshness/acidity often found in other espresso blends.
