The newest and most cutting-edge natural decaffeination process is the method that
employs CO2 to remove the caffeine. This all-natural process eliminates the need for the
coffee to soak in water, which removes much of the coffee's inherent flavors. With the CO2 process,
this natural gas directly attacks the caffeine while leaving all of the flavors intact.
